InStock began operations in 2004 with offices in Franklin, TN and have since added personnel and capabilities that allow us to serve dozens of customers and nearly one billion in retail sales annually. Our staff includes former retail buyers, big box national account managers, and many other personnel with industry and non-industry skill sets. We have spent the last few years leveraging this business experience with an in house software development department resulting in products that are unique to retail in both their customization and power to drive sales.
InStock Retail Services is an outsource provider of services related to mass retail program support. Initially focused on inventory control for products within the seasonal and garden departments, our efforts have expanded to encompass other categories and services such as production forecasting, web based performance reporting, data sync, marketing and other key business needs.
InStock Retail Systems was formed in 2007 and focuses on the development and distribution of custom retail software products. Our software products were initially developed to facilitate our retail services efforts. We are now making available a growing number of these industry exclusive software solutions to retailers and suppliers. Each addresses one of the critical steps in the retail supply chain management process and already have a proven record of success and positive ROI for our customers.
