About InStock Retail Services

We began operations in 2004 with offices in Franklin, TN and have since added personnel in nine locations around the country that allow us to serve dozens of customers. These customers allow us to participate in multiple mass retail programs in all fifty states.

InStock Retail Services is an outsource provider of services related to mass retail program support. Initially focused on inventory control for products within the outdoor garden departments, our efforts have expanded to encompass other services such as production forecasting, program development/marketing and complete account management. Additionally, our methods and activities are being utilized in a growing number of seasonal and other hard to manage categories.

InStock Retail Systems was formed in 2007 and focuses on the development and distribution of custom retail software products. Our software products were initially developed to facilitate our retail services efforts. We are now making available a growing number of these industry exclusive software solutions to retailers and suppliers. Each addresses one of the critical steps in the retail supply chain management process
